Deep tissue massage

Deep tissue massage is especially suitable if you suffer from stress, tension, pain or feel like you are a ball of tense muscles.

The purpose of deep tissue massage is to relax the tense deep tissues of the body. The massage master pays special attention to the painful areas of contracted muscles: stiff neck and upper back, stiff shoulders and constantly tense muscles of the lower back and legs. We massage with slow, deep, pressing movements. During this massage, you may feel a slight pain in overstretched parts of the body, do not be afraid – after the massage you will feel lightness and elation.

Deep tissue massage improves all muscle functions and the propagation of nerve impulses through the muscles, increases the amplitude of the joints and strengthens the tendons, facilitating movement.
